PayPal is the authorized payment processor for SMSZilla. However, please note that you do not need to have a PayPal account to make your payment. You can make your payment securely using your credit card via our authorized payment processor, PayPal.
For residents of Singapore, we also accept Singapore Dollar payments made directly to our bank account. However, please note that the minimum payment for this option is SGD 5.00.
We'll use your phone number to help us uniquely identify you. More importantly, it allows the recipient to know that the SMS is from you.
In order to do so, we record each phone number to make sure it is not used to create more than a single SMSZilla account. Secondly, when sending SMS via SMSZilla, you can only send SMS using the number you registered with.
We DO NOT sell, or make use of, or spam, any of the email addresses and mobile phone numbers collected on our site!

There is no such thing as "free SMS"! Somebody has to pay, either you or the person who receives your SMS. We think its fair for the sender to pay, to avoid nasty surprises for the recipient.
SMSZilla offer SMS at very reasonable rates. Moreover, we do allow new users to try out our service for free.
You can send international SMS from as low as 3 cents! The rates vary, depending on the destination country. But first, you would need to topup your SMSZilla account in order to avail our service.
Depending on your budget, you may topup your SMSZilla account from as low as EUR 2.00, which gives you over 60 SMS. A top up of EUR 10.00, gives you over 300 SMS.

For most countries, the recipient pays nothing to receive SMS sent via SMSZilla. However, the recipient may be charged in the following scenarios,
- if the recipient is roaming in another region/country where the roaming partner might impose an SMS MT charge.
- if certain mobile phone operators choose to charge their subscribers for receiving SMS, those charges are reflected on the recipient's phone bill as operator-specific charges and is not included in the cost of sending SMS via SMSZilla.
You sent an SMS via SMSZilla to your friend living in the United Kingdom. Your friend happened to have a pre-paid SIM from Vodafone UK and is currently holidaying somewhere in south of France.
In such a case, Vodafone UK, would charge your friend EUR 0.72 for receiving any SMS sent by you (not just the ones you sent using SMSZilla).
You sent an SMS via SMSZilla to your friend living in the Spain. Your friend happened to have a post-paid SIM from Vodafone Spain and is currently on a business trip to Ireland.
In such a case, Vodafone Spain, would charge your friend EUR 0.87 for receiving any SMS sent by you (not just the ones you sent using SMSZilla).
Your SMSZilla account balance is displayed on the top right corner of any page, visible upon logging in.
We recommend our users to maintain a minimum balance of EUR 0.50. We will send you an email once your SMSZilla account balance falls below this amount.
However, we do allow you to send SMS via SMSZilla even if your SMSZilla account balance falls below this amount, as long as it contains sufficient funds for the SMS being sent.
